DATA BACKUP & LIABILITY WAIVER
By signing this work order, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the service of my device by 1Cyber Pty Ltd:
- Customer Responsibility: I understand that it is my sole responsibility to back up all data, software, information, and other files stored on my device before dropping it off for service.
- No Liability for Data Loss: I acknowledge that hardware repairs, software installation, virus removal, and diagnostic testing carry an inherent risk of data corruption or loss. 1Cyber Pty Ltd and its employees will not be held responsible for any loss of data, personal files, photos, documents, or installed software that may occur during the repair process.
- Data Privacy: I understand that while 1Cyber Pty Ltd respects the privacy of my data, technicians may inadvertently see content while testing functionality. I confirm there is no illegal content on this device.
